From an insurance background to a marketing, advertising and comms environment and into a recruitment, sales and consulting world, Rick has worked with clients internationally, nationally and locally. Rick’s deepest experience is in the staffing/recruitment sector, from small and scaling businesses, through to large enterprise level, and that has allowed him experience across all industries and sectors.
Focus areas include working on with client segmentation, new client acquisition, and client development programmes with Honda of The UK Manufacturing and Aston Martin, Sky and BT, GCHQ and a range of Councils and NHS Trust (to mention just a few). He has implemented Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives in both the UK and the US, driving not just growth but profitable growth and fostering increased customer loyalty.

Away from the boardroom/classroom, Rick is a family man with a wife and two sons, Fin and Will, along with two lively labradoodles, Lola and Annie. Nestled in an old farmhouse in Gloucestershire, Rick enjoys walks along the River Severn, weekends away in his beloved VW T4 campervan, and indulging in his love for curry, sports, and the pursuit of '‘making things better — the best.’ Whether completing marathons for charity or coaching academy football, Rick's commitment to improvement shines through in every aspect of his life.
