Growth Zone - A Model to Drive Growth

The Comfort Zone -> Growth Zone is relatively straight forward to comprehend, and with guidance explain to others. The skill and art comes in where you apply the model, and help managers & leaders (in fact, anyone really) to recognise where they are, and where they could be, and navigate the best, safest and most effective path to growth.
